Domain Booster enables virtual hosts for your Confluence instance and allows you to use your own domain for Confluence Cloud. You can setup multiple web sites, optionally limited to specific Confluence spaces. Each web site has own set of options, e.g. style sheets or analytics tracking.
With Domain Booster you can access your Atlassian hosted Confluence Cloud instance using any host name on a domain under your control.
Domain Booster features are enabled by a specialized HTTP Proxy server that runs in front of Confluence. For Confluence Cloud, we (BugsIO Solutions) host and maintain proxy servers ("domainbooster.bugsio.com") on user's behalf so there's no need to install any additional software. For each host defined, you need to update DNS settings adding a CNAME record for the host so that it points to domainbooster.bugsio.com.
For example, if you want to use "myhost.example.com" where "example.com" is your organization's domain, you need to update DNS of "example.com" adding a CNAME record "myhost" with value "domainbooster.bugsio.com".
